  These were so great in so many ways. They were punctual, super friendly, and great communication leading up to moving day and during moving day. I had a complicated move and they were just fantastic with the plan and then executing. You are probably wonder why the 4 stars, there was a few things. They didn’t use runners through the houses, chose to take their shoes on and off, which not only adds time but makes it harder on them. They did not using lifting tools which again, is terrible for them, but lead to several “near misses” when carrying the loads. They placed my stand up deep freeze, which is super heavy, in front of an electrical panel. some larger items were placed upside down, when the top was pretty obvious. But overall it was a good experience.

  Booked these guys and the sales who were by far more expensive than other movers but was convinced due to the high level of service being promised. The sales guy told me he would do his absolute best to get me a good deal and quotes $300 based off two hours and said that he managed to get the other fees waived. I get a call from the sales manager the day before saying that there would be a $75 travel fee, when I disputed this they told me the reviewed their phone call and admitted that they did not explain the pricing correctly. I told them to cancel the move unless they would honor what was originally quoted. They obviously refused and refused to return my deposit, I booked a U-Haul with 2 movers for 4 hours for $200 total. These guys would have made $600, double what they quoted because of total time but lost the entire sale over $75. Very poor business practice.

  Great service! Thanks so much for helping us out. We moved from Chapelle to stony plain recently. All the guys were extremely professional and respectful. Followed our instructions very well.
