I live out of the state; and Mr. Proctor and Melissa were able to help with with the issue and walk me through the process; step by step and hold my hand the entire way through. Every time I had a question; someone called me back; if they weren't immediately answered. Any time they had some additional information regarding the case for me; they called; and didn't leave me hanging since I was 865 miles away!
