  I had a great experience working with The Masters Law Firm after my vehicle was involved in an accident. Kelly Elswick-Hall handled my case and was outstanding from start to finish. She clearly explained the process, set expectations, and made sure I understood every step. Kelly worked diligently to secure a strong outcome and ensured everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. Communication was excellent — I was kept informed throughout the entire process.   I began my relationship with the Masters Law Firm around 1994 as a result of an auto accident. I was treated with the utmost respect and concern. I really felt like the firm represented me exceptionally well. They also represented me in a couple of personal matters (resulting in favorable outcomes for me). Most recently, the firm represented me in another accident. My medical bills exceeded the insurance coverages. I wasn’t sure how to deal with that situation so I contacted Masters law again. My attorney, Kelly Elswick-Hall, and her paralegal, Rebecca Snodgrass, offered to represent me. I was not disappointed ! They immediately got to work dealing with medical providers bills, and the insurance companies. They kept me updated and informed along the way, and were very upbeat and positive. I feel that they worked hard to get my bills taken care of and even got some bills reduced. I was very pleased with the way they handled my case. Don’t call one of those big firms that advertise how big they are and how many clients they represent. That just means that they have lots of advertising fees and overhead costs… and you are just a number to them. I would strongly recommend the Masters Law Firm- give them a call first and get treated like a friend !

  Told my boyfriend's case to them. They deeply investigated it and made me feel like there were considering the case. I was told I wouldn't hear from them in 2 weeks and instead I didn't hear from them for nearly a month. Found out through the insurance company that he "no longer had a lawyer". Today they confirmed the case was too small and they weren't taking it. I wish I had found out before Progressive did. I wish I had been told that weeks ago instead of wasting time with the car insurance company and getting my hopes up. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and the run around I was given. Unless you're worth a fortune, go elsewhere.
