  I recently found myself in desperate need of an experienced and highly successful legal team. Thankfully my research led me to Atkinson & Frampton, PLLC. I e-mailed them with my contact information and the details of my case and received conference call the next morning with several members of the firm and they had already familiarized themselves with the details of the situation and agreed to take my family on as a client. Right from the start I knew I had found the right team. They were all very friendly, understanding and highly knowledgeable, and they helped to ease our stress levels. Everyone we dealt with was always friendly and helpful, and not to detract from anyone else in the office but I would especially like give my highest recommendations to Mark Atkinson. Mark handled our case from the beginning to it's successful end, and the entire way through he made sure we were kept informed, and promptly updated. More than that we feel like he treated us as if we were family. He helped keep us comforted and reassured during a most difficult and stressful time.   I never could have imagined that I would need a lawyer, until I did. My dad found Mark Atkinson for me and from the moment I met him, he made me feel comforted. Not just by his personality, but also his confidence in me and the way he kept me informed of what was going to happen every step of the way. I wish this ordeal hadn’t happened to me but the silver lining was meeting Mark, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else in my corner. I’m a very anxious person and he was always patient with me. His experience was obvious. I can’t overstate how much I recommend him to anyone needing counsel.

  Mark Atkinson was there when we needed him, we wish this whole case hadn’t happened but Mark was understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. I couldn’t imagine anything like this happening to my daughter, but since it did we were so relieved to have Mark on our side. He treated my daughter with so much care and concern. He had a lot of family to deal with and he wasn’t frustrated with that.If you get to the place where you need a lawyer please reach out to Mark Atkinson, we recommend him highly.

  Very grateful to John-Mark Atkinson and his staff for their assistance in reviewing and providing guidance regarding a separation with my employer. John-Mark dedicated his time and efforts to provided me with answers to all of the many questions I had. I would have never believed that I would ever need an employment attorney but found him to be very knowledgeable and supportive during a stressful situation.
