- AAAndy5 days ago4.0From the moment they picked up the phone we knew that this was a different, much better place than what we've been dealing with. At the consultation arranged the advice provided was clearly explained and straight forward. There was no egotism that had been seen in others and Attorney Bottner even recommended others above himself who were better qualified in a certain field. Most importantly we did not feel rushed out the door as our time ended. While still deciding on our next course of action we feel confident in using the information from Bottner and Associates to make the best choice in our situation.

Being in West Virginia he let me know of certain state specific laws, but he fought for what was important to me. He did all the taking and took care of things on my end. Mr. Bottner is personable, attentive to details, intelligent, and is overall a good person- which was important to me, as he represented me in court. I would choose him to represent me for any other legal problems that would come my way in the future, though I hope that is not the case, for my sake. His office is amazing as well. Amanda, his paralegal, was speedy on the emailing back and forth and the office personnel were friendly. I would recommend Bottner and Associates.
