  I have set-up multiple businesses with the help of this office so it is with some confusion now that I must inform you to avoid this business at all costs. I emailed my Attorney directly through the website to assist me in the set-up of a new business and most importantly to update trust and will documents before I was scheduled to leave the country. I waited a week with no reply to my first email. I emailed a second time through the website again and received no reply for about 3 more days. At this point I called the office beginning to feel a little frustrated and I left a voicemail asking for a callback. My attorney didnt call me back but instead emailed me to let me know he "Didn't receive my emails". That would be a possibility except that he replied to the email address from my first origional email. He never called me that afternoon. I waited 2 or 3 additional days and called the office again. This time he answered, I explained what I needed, he provided some brief feedback and said he would help. I told him I would send him an updated email containing only now my immediate concerns because now I was to leave the country very soon. Long story short; I never received a reply to the email, after a week I emailed again to refresh, no reply. I called the office one final time and left a voicemail and received no answer. Now I'm out of the country with only having succesfully acheived wasteing a considerable amount of time. I don't know the reasoning for the way I was treated but I will never do business here again nor will I recommend it to anyone. If you value your time and money I highly suggest you do the same.

  Highly recommend this office. Perfect balance of client friendly, totally professional with the expert knowledge you Want... they know and concern themselves with the things we never thought about. From front desk and phone inquiries to all of the staff... the respect and attention we needed for our estate planning and Trust. Highly recommend!

  Attorney Mark Jeranek - he was very confident upon our initial consultation that he could handle family law as best as any lawyer even when there may be some custody issues and accusations. Turns out he is probably the only attorney who is completely incapable. I even had to find a new attorney. Both of the lawyers I consulted with after were both clearly more qualified, knowledgeable, and articulate than he was. My exes lawyer was also much more qualified and able at her job. I had one former child custody case 12 years prior, that gentlemen was not the best which caused be to look for a new lawyer in this case. What I can confidently say is say at this point is that any of those other 4 lawyers would have done a better job than Mark. He set me back months in custody with my kids. I did eventually regain 50/50 custody with my new lawyer.

  Mark Jeranek did an absolute fantastic job for me. He listened to me fully, is extremely professional, responsive to calls and emails, and overall did a top notch job for me. If in the future I would ever need an attorney, he is my immediate choice. The front office was wonderful to work with as well. If the rest of the people are half as good as Mark, anyone at this lawfirm should be able to take excellent care of you.
