- CMCrystal MaciagaAug 20, 20251.0Attorney Wurtz is the worst attorney I have ever worked with. He was hired to represent in a divorce proceeding for my elderly grandmother and he was paid heavily and he did absolutely nothing. He never communicated with us, he let the other parties attorney do all of the work which was not in my grandmothers favor, he pushed for things we stated over and over again we did not want or agree with. He did not fight for one thing for my grandmother, he was asked to find out information that he was being paid to do and he never did. When the case got too complicated in the middle of the divorce he just called me and left me a voicemail that he was withdrawing as our attorney without any prior communication regarding the situation at all. I cannot stress enough not to work with this man ever!!!! He was rude, arrogant and cocky. He sat there and got paid and did nothing at all. Every time I asked him a questions his response was I don't know and he never took the time to find out the answers even though it was is job to do so.
