I had Adam as an attorney and I filed for ssi for my mental health not my physical health and explained that to him and he didnt listen. He didnt disclose all my mental health issues only 3 of them ans the judge ran all over him and me not letting me talk not letting me express any of my disabilities and all adam did was sit there and barely helped me. Now I have to Appeal federal court which they said they didn't want to help with and I got an attorney our of Indiana who says my disabilities are severe and they can get the job done federally and re applying for ssi where Duncan didnt do nothing but waste my time and did nothing to help me just let people run all over them. They need to get better attorney's to work for them cause in my opinion they are unreliable and suck as attorney and I dont know how they became an attorney their win cases percentage must be horrible. I recommend DO NOT HIRE Duncan as your attorney they are horrible at their jobs and I dont know how they are still open as a law firm. Im very disappointed and want others to know the truth about their practices as a law firm.

First off disability can take a long time! Every one's case is different! I'll speak about my experience. I was referred to Duncan Disability through family. When I started my application Duncan was very responsive and answered all my questions and explained the process making it a pleasant experience! As my health started to decline more I was getting more frustrated with the system and SSDI. But I was staying in contact with Duncan disability and the would always assure me that they would stick with me and find out updates? After a year and half things finally started to get rolling fast!! Christine was a great help!! She was amazing!! Rebecca also was working with my case!! So hang in there Disability can be a long drawn out process!! I definitely recommend Duncan Disability Law!! Again thanks for everything you do,
Sincerely Kevin

After almost 3 years trying to navigate the process myself I reached out to Duncan Disability and they immediately took over. At the Administrative law judge hearing I was awarded disability through the hard work Duncan Disability did. I would also like to give a big thank you to Alexis Weber for all her hard work with keeping up with all my emails of my appointments and messages I had. Couldn’t have done it without her.

Finding a Reliable Social Security Lawyer: What You Should Know
Applying for Social Security benefits can feel overwhelming. The rules are complicated, the paperwork is long, and if your claim gets denied, the appeals process can be confusing. That's why many people choose to work with a Social Security lawyer.
What Does a Social Security Lawyer Do?
A Social Security lawyer does more than just help with paperwork. They:
Review your medical records and work history.
Collect and organize evidence that supports your claim.
Make sure everything is filed on time.
Represent you in hearings with judges.
Explain what to expect so you aren't caught off guard.
By handling these tasks, lawyers reduce mistakes that can delay or even stop your benefits.
Why Hire a Lawyer?
Studies show that people who work with lawyers are more likely to win their cases. For example:
Representation Approval Rate
With a Lawyer 70-80%
Without a Lawyer 30-40%
That means your chances of approval almost double when you have legal help. Lawyers know how to present your case clearly and avoid common errors.
Common Challenges in Social Security Claims
Many people run into the same problems when applying for benefits:
Missing or incomplete paperwork
Medical evidence that doesn't match up
Long delays at the Social Security office
Trouble understanding the appeals process
A lawyer can help fix these issues and keep your case on track.
Choosing the Right Lawyer
When looking for a Social Security lawyer, consider:
Experience: Do they specialize in Social Security cases?
Communication: Do they explain things clearly?
Reputation: Do past clients recommend them?
Fees: Do they offer a fair payment structure?
A good lawyer should be someone you trust and feel comfortable working with.
