  I worked with David Ferguson directly, and he was very interested with my case and getting me the outcome I desired. He responded to emails and calls in a timely manner and was very direct about the best course of action for things. He was also very understanding and empathetic towards my situation.

  I would highly recommend Cross Law Firm if an employment issue arose. I was familiar with Cross Law Firm from a colleague about fifteen years ago who sought legal advice. I was not disappointed with my choice! From the initial consultation Attorney Ben Cross and Attorney Ferguson totally understood the multifaceted complex employment issue and were on the exact same page as me. They immediately got to work to head off any further issues. Attorney Ferguson kept in constant contact with me updating me on progress as well as addressing my concerns. In the end I am more than happy with the outcome Cross Law Firm negotiated for me!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Attorney David Ferguson. This was my first time ever needing legal representation and was not sure what to expect. My intake was completed with David. He showed up very well dressed, confident and was very knowledgeable. He took the conversation at my pace, explained things in different ways if I did not understand a subject. And we prepared well for my hearing I had the very next day. I worked with Ben Cross and David through my first hearing. They prepared me for topics, questions and kept me calm during what seemed like chaos in my life that I could not control. David was with me every step of the way, and flexed schedules to meet the hearing requirements that I had. David provided sincere reassurance when I wasn't feeling very confident. He even had more knowledge of my own work rule policies then I had, and I've been there a long time. I was extremely impressed to say the least. I couldn't ask for a better partner on my side during this difficult time. Then it came time for a document to be drawn up. He guided me through the process with extreme care that we worked hours on together. He is an extremely intelligent person, not only does I show when speaking with him, but the way he writes as well. I could not have asked for a better experience. I don't want to talk about price too much, because "expensive" or "cheap" is subjective. However, David is absolutely reliable. I called around to several other firms and the price was on the lower end of other quotes I had, along with the fastest reply. David is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs legal counsel. The ladies at the front desk (I don't recall names) where also very pleasant to talk with and get me set up prior to meeting with David. All around an excellent firm and would use them again.   I had a case with the Department of Labor and my lawyer, David Ferguson, has done a phenomenal job handling everything. From the beginning he has been professional, knowledgeable, and always keeps me informed throughout the process and made sure my case was taken seriously. What impressed me the most was how responsive and dedicated he is. Anytime I had questions, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and the outcome of their cases.
