  I do not recommend this law firm. I had sole custody when I hired Attorney Elisabeth Fletcher but was pressured before court into agreeing to joint custody, even though it was not court ordered. I was not clearly advised of my options. They kept telling me there will be a worst outcome if I didnt agree before the court. She also pushed for a Guardian ad Litem without disclosing the costs and misrepresented the GAL’s authority. I felt pressured, under informed, and poorly advised. The GAL wasnt even court ordered she did this because the opposing party was pushing for it which she admitted in an email and offered me $500 off my bill. I was repeatedly told that if I didn’t want to keep paying legal fees, I should “just give my ex what he wants,” As a parent, that was extremely concerning to hear. I felt that financial pressure was being prioritized over my child’s best interests and over advocating for my existing custodial rights. I did not feel supported or guided with my child’s well being as the focus, and I regret relying on this firm during such an important matter. I asked her on multiple occasions to file for fee waivers which she never did. I had to file it on my own. She took my money but didnt do a thing. She wasnt prepared during court either.

  I have worked with Attorney Maria Sobrido on multiple accounts. She was extremely helpful, gives honest feedback and will lay out a plan for the road ahead. She is easy to talk to, a wealth of knowledge and you will know what you are getting with her from the very beginning. She is firm, fair and consistent with her approach to all matters.   Attorney Molly Fellenz represented me for our divorce. She was very easy to work with and professional. Molly and Amy always responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. I had a lot of questions, and Molly was very knowledgeable and patient with me, and she explained everything thoroughly. I had a much better outcome than I anticipated, and I owe it all to Molly.
