  I wish I would have hired Sean O’Flaherty the very first time I talked to him. After losing my grandpa and then my mom two months later, everything became extremely complicated. The first time I called him I was a complete mess, and he still took the time to listen, answer my questions, and reassure me that things were going the way they should. He told me that if things didn’t go the way they were supposed to, he would absolutely help me because I wasn’t wrong for what I was expecting. That alone calmed me down more than he knows. Almost four months later, when I couldn’t get clear answers from the attorney handling my case, Sean helped me again. He didn’t just answer my questions, he also pointed me to the resources I’d need in the future. They were simple but important things I had to know before I could move forward, and he didn’t make me feel bad for asking. My biggest regret is not hiring him from the start. I’m paying for that mistake now, and I would have been completely lost without his guidance. Both times I reached out, he got back to me quickly. The first time was the very next day when time was critical. This most recent time was within a couple of days. I’m genuinely grateful for his kindness, patience, and the way he explains things so you truly understand what’s going on. You can tell he actually cares about his clients and wants you to have the best outcome possible. Even my dad mentioned looking into hiring him after hearing how he treated me. If I ever need an attorney again, I won’t hesitate. He’s a good human being, he knows what he’s doing, and he gets things done. I stand by that completely.
