- TSTracy SchroederAug 11, 20251.0We recently worked with Attorney Holly Jensen. She was professional, knowledgeable, and delivered exactly what we needed — we were very satisfied with her work. Unfortunately, that positive experience was overshadowed just a week later when our son received an intimidating letter lacking any legal foundation from Attorney Daniel Fabrizius regarding an unrelated matter. Regardless of whether this meets the legal definition of a conflict of interest, it absolutely was a conflict from our perspective. This is not the level of integrity or professionalism we expected from Consigny. We had trusted the firm with personal and sensitive family matters, and to then have another attorney from Consigny take on a matter involving our son — in a needlessly aggressive and frankly unprofessional manner — was unacceptable and very disappointing. While we appreciated Attorney Jensen’s work, our overall impression of Consigny has been significantly diminished due to the handling of this recent matter. There are several other worthy attorneys in the Janesville area that I would check out before considering Consigny again.
