    Didn't seem like I was the rite client unless it was garanteed money. I wish I had to put the least amount of effort into getting paid to. 4 weeks later still no car thanks .

    I spent years working with Attorney John Claypool with the Herrling Clark Law Firm, settling a case vs. an insurance company that could quite possibly be the most difficult company to come to terms with. I could not have asked for a better experience, to say the least. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident at 17 years old, resulting in a serious injury to my lower spine. I came to John Claypool, not knowing what to expect. I had no knowledge of an attorney's job, how the court system worked, what my rights were, how much I was entitled to... but my questions were answered in a way that gave me peace of mind. I actually had a lot of fun working with him; he's a very intelligent man, very honest, very passionate about the work that he does. He truly fought to get me what I deserved. I would highly recommend him to anyone. No regrets. Thank you!
