  Worst lawyer, don't hire this guy, I hired him and never saw him once! And when we did schedule a phone conference he basically said I cant do anything. Then kept changing court dates without even telling me! But its my responsibility to check ccap lmao, dude, I paid 8500 dollars, least this man can do is give me a heads up when things change! Changed it to sentencing, never called me and gave me plea deals or anything. I would highly advise not hiring this man. His office isn't even a professional office either smh red flag, claims he made the blueprint for drunk driving lol well if he did then go with other lawyers that have that blueprint 100 percent! This is not the lawyer for you!

  Best Attorney in town, easily. Always had the answer and I could get a hold of him any time. His new secretary was great!

  I had a bad experience with Eric Pitsch. The communication skills of his, and his paralegal are atrocious. It takes me several tries of contacting them EVERY single time I need something. Then he apparently isn't a great listener, and because of that, I decided to obtain his council based on what he told me. Then later in the process he basically yelled at me on the phone telling me that I told him a different story the first time. FALSE! Now 6 months after the fact, I'm still trying to get all my video files from him(that should have been reviewed prior to court) He claims the court never gave them to him. But when I talk to the county clerk I'm told everything was available. So yeah, I feel like I got the worst attorney out there to handle my case. Edit... Great response from Eric 😂😂😂. Tell me you did nothing, without telling me you did nothing! Still waiting for my $30 zip drive to be mailed back to me with the video footage!

  I've called this firm twice and both times the receptionist was horrible and rude! The first matter, she just said she wouldn't help or we don't do that, but I hardly explained my situation. I figured it was a long day and carried on. I called today for an actual legal action required by a criminal lawyer and she refused to take my information or work with me. She is short, refused to let me leave a message for the attorney or my contact information, and even said "bye"while I was still talking. I can't believe how snotty this lady is! I confirmed I was calling for a criminal lawyer and she simply said "yeah, and we still wouldn't do that." She thinks she is the attorney and judge. I'm not sure how the lawyer gets any cases employing her. Highly suggest going else where where they show right away they care and that they're interested.

  I hired Pitsch to represent my boyfriend in a drunk driving case. He is a very good salesman but when it comes down to it he is overpriced for doing nothing more than the public defender can do. He told me you get what you pay for, well we got nothing for the amount of money we paid him. Told me he would visit my boyfriend in jail before the first court appearance, didn't happen, he actually missed the 1st court appearance and at last court appearance made excuse to judge that he didn't have time to review case with client do to health issues and advice my boyfriend to fire him, and go back to public defender. More money spent, when I asked him for some refund he basically laughed and said he didn't promise anything. If you have $8500+ to throw away I guess you can hire him.
