This is not a complaint directed at Herrling Clark exactly, but at one lawyer in particular for their conduct. I wish I didn't have to write this. I contacted Andrew Micheletti for help appealing a twenty-dollar parking ticket from the Grand Chute Police Department. The ticket was unfair: my car was parked on the street without my knowledge—my relative moved it while I worked—I arrived home at four a.m. after driving from Green Bay, exhausted, and found out I was twenty minutes late. I could've paid it, but I'm fighting because I believe in it—it's not petty, it's principle. He chuckled at me, said he wouldn't help 'over twenty bucks,' condescended like I was being silly, and refused. He even said 'the car shouldn't have been there'—trying to blame me when I had no control. He'd already ignored my call from weeks earlier. Grand Chute Circuit Court referred me to him—they said he could assist—and he flat-out denied it, contradicting them. I told him 'it's no skin off my nose to appeal this before the court,' and he replied 'mine neither.' I said 'thank you for the information,' and he just said 'yep' and hung up immediately—no goodbye, no follow-up. This shows zero empathy for how much of a headache this has been: bad luck, stress, then getting mocked by someone supposed to help. He acted like waivers are impossible—untrue, since I've had a similar unfair ticket waived by a judge before. No matter how small the case, a lawyer shouldn't abandon clients, talk down to them, or ignore referrals. I believe this violates rules on diligence, courtesy, and professional conduct. This makes his law firm look bad and should rethink how he conducts himself before clients, because nobody wants to work with someone who treats people this way. I sincerely ask readers to reflect upon this and decide on the morality of this situation. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Attorney Sandfort and her team delivered a great outcome for my elderly mom! She was very professional in working through the legal process, yet was very gentle, kind and compassionate while discussing things with my mother. Great outcome, great experience! Thanks Katelyn!

Highly Recommended for Family Law!! We are grateful for Attorney Elizabeth Scott at Herrling Clark Law Firm. Thank you Attorney Scott for the guidance you provided during a difficult season for our family. Attorney Scott's steady approach, clear communication, and grounded professionalism brought a sense of peace when things felt overwhelming. She was always quick to respond and made sure I understood each step, which meant a lot during such a stressful time. I truly believe she was placed in our path at the right moment! She handled everything with wisdom and integrity, and I would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking an attorney who is knowledgeable and trustworthy. 🙏🏽

We are very happy we chose Herrling Clark Law Firm when we were hit in a vehicle accident. John Claypool and his staff put us at ease from the moment we walked in the door till it was settled. They told us to just get better health wise and let the rest up to them which involved a lot of paperwork that we would have been lost trying to do ourselves. They are very experienced and knowledgeable in what they do and would not hesitate using them if we ever would need a lawyer again.
