    Bankruptcy is a very embarrassing and shameful feeling thing to go through. Tim did not one time make us feel that way. He was very professional, very quick to answer text messages/emails and calls when we had questions. We had a bit of a different case with changes coming up in our lives that he was able to share with the bankruptcy court and help us to get a new fresh start. I would highly recommend Helbing Law Office to anyone that is going through a financially hard time, Tim will direct you on your best options.

    Never rely on this firm to settle your debt never, l blamed myself dealing and trusting with them you will regret because you will still appear in court you will still pay them lots of money ,and i suffered sleepless nights with this firm.

    I recommend to never use this firm for any legal services because of the irresponsibility of the staff in handling critical information for paying customers and for the difficulty with direct communication between customers. Be careful who you choose to represent you in any case. Once you sign up your creditors can no longer communicate with you. And evidently neither will this law firm. They have made it impossible for me to resolve an issue they can only resolve. Three years after closing out all the accounts, I apply for loan and find out I have an open complaint/judgement for the same debt that was part of the consolidation. I have been endlessly calling( they know phone numbers and disconnect calls and ignore emails), and emailing. Still have yet to receive a call back. Just disrespectful, unprofessional and rude business practices. Initially, I thought my consolidation went fairly well. Constant communication, the team was very attentive and it was easy to process documents. Little did I know you only get that treatment if you’re a paying customer. Never again!
