I'm going to start out with a three because she has not called me back yet. I've called her twice. We have court in just a couple of weeks there's a lot to go over. I had a medical event but because of my past 12 years ago I was in treatment for drug addiction and given that it was automatically assumed that I was having a drug overdose and because there were Trace elements of drugs in my system from having a fun weekend with my children far away, that's what it was assumed it was and they were going to arrest me. Turns out I actually had a mini stroke(transient ischemic attack). There were things inside of this report to have my daughter taken away that dated back to 2005 for her father in 2013. But for me that I have never even seen before because in the state of Wisconsin you can make as many reports to CPS as you want. If you are mad at someone and you want to hurt them, you just call CPS and make up false reports. There's no law against doing so. They get what's called, screened out and screened in is what they call it and some of them that gets screened in maybe also be false reports but they just sound legitimate. Every single report that was called in on me for various reasons whether I've made somebody mad or my significant other rip somebody off and they were all listed. My daughter was not born until 2021 but all these other reports from 2005 her father's driving while under the influence on an ATV when he was 18 years old was in this report. Of reasons why we should have our daughter taken away. The person that was the intake worker that particular Friday evening when I was finally taken to the hospital after showing such crazy behavior in a holding cell during booking, which by the way, they also falsified that I gave them drugs because I did not have anything in my pockets around my purse and whatsoever there are no witnesses and I was never charged with anything and there were more than several people around me at the time. I don't remember anything that day because I had a stroke I lost the entire left side of my smile is gone. But no one would listen to me despite my hefty medical records. I have a rare autoimmune disease called cidp AKA chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. It's an autoimmune disease so I get sick more often then others. And the chronic stress that I have been under at the time that this took place is more than a reason enough for me to have had an experience a stroke. Instead of doing an MRI and possibly catching this issue and aneurysm which could end up leading to the end of my life they just assumed that I was a typical drug addict that neglected my child and went out in public and wandered around town aimlessly. I have been nothing but an upstanding mother to my child. A week before this incident I suffered a very significant domestic violence situation where I was choked till I could not breathe twice and punched in the face while on the phone with 911. This could have also contributed to the mini stroke. No one will ever know because the proper tests were not done because I was immediately classified as a drug addict by the Oshkosh Police department and Winnebago County Child protective Services. There was never a medical test done to even remotely come up with a differential diagnosis. They tried to paint me as a monster all because the CPS worker that was on the for that weekend had a vendetta against me since she was part of my daughter's life when she was 6 months old because I was put on a covid experimental drug and fell asleep at a dinner table and her father's family called CPS on me saying that I was under the influence of an intoxicant at the dinner table and fell asleep. They wanted to be involved for 3 months which they found that there was nothing that I was on. They even took a hair follicle sample and found that I wasn't on anything. It hadn't been for 3 months cuz that's how far that test goes back. If you have money in Winnebago County Wisconsin You can honestly get away with anything!

I was appointed Amanda Skorr for a marijuana/mushrooms case in Marinette. At first i was extremely concerned because I've never had a good lawyer. And she is a very busy person, so i assumed i wouldn't be represented well. And instead of paying full attention during my court proceedings she was answering emails instead. But Ms. Skorr kept in touch throughout the case. And at sentencing she put up a very good argument and painted a good picture of me for the judge. We didn't get the outcome we wanted, because Marinette county is absolutely terrible. All in all, I can say she did a decent job based on my past experiences. Biggest part that sucks about this is I'm going to be homeless because of this crap judge. And we tried to convey that to the judge. What a terrible person. But its fine, i will get revenge soon. 😁

If I could give zero stars, I would. Chad, a lawyer that works at this firm, was the probate lawyer for my Grandma's estate and failed to file any paperwork on time and had no idea what he was doing. He stated to my mother that he knew probate law, but refused to do what he needed to as the lawyer by the deadlines, as well as refusing to answer phone calls and texts and provide information when requested. He had no idea on timelines and which paperwork was needed and could barely help with getting anything filed. He also withheld important documents from my grandma's death and estate when requested to return them. After causing extreme legal issues for my mother he stated, "this is a learning curve for me" - if that was true, why would you tell someone you could provide them a service you knew nothing about? He's very disorganized, rude, and unhelpful. He's cost my family time, money, and caused unneeded stress on all of us. The other people that work here were incredibly unhelpful every time I tried calling or going to the office they were either closed during business hours or refused to answer questions. I would not recommend this man as a probate lawyer, or a lawyer for anything honestly and I would not recommend this firm to anyone due to lack of help and attention to clients.
