  Stuart was excellent to work with about my Workers Comp claim. He responded to my needs quickly and was forthright and helpful. I did not end up needing to hire Bollenbeck, but he will be the first one I call if my situation changes.

Involving Rick and his staff in the planning process always assures me that expectations will be delivered.   DO NOT HIRE DOUG FYFE!!! I used him in the past (for a very quick family court issue) & at that time I was impressed at how quickly it was handled. Due to that great experience, I hired Doug for my divorce. I paid a very expensive retainer fee to secure his services. He motioned the court, served my ex-husband, and a few other things. Therefore, I understand why some of the retainer fee was used for services. However, our initial court hearing was only 20 minutes. Shortly after this initial hearing, I started receiving invoices that my expensive retainer fee had been exhausted. There is NO WAY that could have happened with the lack of work he completed. Fast forward, my ex-husband and I came up with an agreement for the divorce and custody/placement. My attorney stated he will draft a stipulation and send to my ex-husband's attorney. My ex stated that his attorney reviewed it and contacted Doug several times about me signing it. When I confronted Doug about this, he told me he has never heard from the other attorney. Over the course of 6 months, I received 2 phone calls from Doug. He never returned the many messages I left him. In fact, what was supposed to be a final divorce hearing- Doug didn't even bother to show up!!! It was clear he only cared about my money rather than supporting me in this process. He then had the audacity to ask the judge for more time!!! Absolutely unacceptable. I fired him and got a new attorney. DO NOT HIRE DOUG!!!! HE WILL DRAG EVERYTHING OUT- ONLY FOR YOUR MONEY, NOT YOUR BEST INTEREST!!!! I made a huge mistake hiring him & had to hire a new attorney to fix it all. I wish I would have read these review prior.
