Jason Whitley called me the day before court and told me that "I was going to loose the case" Not him! He was my lawyer! But "I was going to loose the case! He also said that "He knew the Judge and that this Judge was an advocate for Insurance companies!" It took me years to find out that he made more money$ by not going to court since he would have been awarded only his "costs" but by not going to court he received 1/3 of a settlement that I told him I didn't want! Leaving me with a half years worth of wages instead of what my contract would have provided plus two years lost wages with 12% interest which was equivalent to the settlement. I was so, so ill that for 2 years I relied on food pantry items which put me in the hospital during the time I hired him and the court trial that he was not prepared for. He said that "You will loose!" Not "He will loose! He didn't subpoena one person or Dr. that was an advocate for me. Plus I was set up, it was a case of entrapment. He never had gone up against a private insurance company before and he didn't lift a finger. A horrible prevaricating greedy example of a lazy sloth attorney living only for his pocket. Thank God I recorded the conversation!

How do I know if it's too late to file a claim?

Legal claims are subject to specific time limits, known as statutes of limitations. We recommend contacting our office and speaking with a personal injury lawyer promptly to discuss the details of your case and determine if you're within the applicable timeframe for filing a claim.

What do you get for your attorney's fee?

Our firm primarily operates on a contingency fee basis for most cases. This means you won't be charged unless we successfully secure a settlement for you. Our fee is then calculated as a percentage of the settlement amount.
