Bergmanis handled the case well, the office has some truly great staff. A ton more personal and involved than a bigger firm from Saint Paul. If this office is in your area i'd recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions About Novitzke Gust Sempf Whitley & Bergmanis

How do I know if it's too late to file a claim?

Legal claims are subject to specific time limits, known as statutes of limitations. We recommend contacting our office and speaking with a personal injury lawyer promptly to discuss the details of your case and determine if you're within the applicable timeframe for filing a claim.

What do you get for your attorney's fee?

Our firm primarily operates on a contingency fee basis for most cases. This means you won't be charged unless we successfully secure a settlement for you. Our fee is then calculated as a percentage of the settlement amount.
