There was never a problem with communication, Shannon is highly knowledgeable and kind. Tom is direct and to the point which is what you want in an attorney. Between them, they got my SSI case heard by a judge and approved in less than a year. The long wait was SSI, not them. I barely had to talk during the hearing because Tom was well versed in my case and condition and it was over bedore I knew it! Thank you both so much. If you're on the fence, just make the call.
