  My husband had gotten into a car accident. We worked with Rachel for a whole year. We couldn’t recommend her enough. She was Patient, kind, informative, and her communication was top-tier. You can tell her best interest was First, my husband’s health and second getting what we deserve. She would respond to us at all hours of the day and listen to the novels of stories we would have to add. Rachel was Just so amazing to work with. We are not local to Tacoma actually hours away. We hope to stay away from having to come back, but if We know we had to… we could trust Rachel’s loyalty! (Btw this law firm was not the first choice. We had discontinued and chose here. We were so happy with our decision!)

  12 years WASTED! Lost my case, all the way to the 9th circuit court, and dropped!! Now, because they did not tell me when I had severe ptsd, to get character witnesses, when having a severe, anaphylactic allergic reaction to sulfa based antibiotics and the ignorant ER dr at madigan said I was on a drug. This misdiagnosis OVER AND OVER FALSE POSITIVE-klonopin with Effexor combined together, could have killed me with the severe fluid loss with the sulfa antibiotic I took for my upper respiratory infection. Due to this DRUG ALLEGATION, that were prescribed meds when my family member died, my family was ripped apart due to an ignorant, military ER DR who was VERY WRONG, I couldn’t sue the mil dr because, I needed a $30,000 retainer, and I can not go work due to my health. If I had those character witnesses, I should have won my case. With my severe ptsd going on, I wasn’t thinking properly to realize, character witnesses could have helped me win this case. I was going to move back to be near my kids with the backowe, to try and restore my family. STILL WAITING! I’m now almost 4 years into a new case. With a good law firm.. WAITING LONGER, STRUGGLING ON LESS THAN $200 a MONTH, WHILE I CONTINUE TO WAIT, BECAUSE VAILS OFFICE LOST MY CASE. Why do you take on so many cases, when you know there’s no way you can stay on top of it, Vails office? The paralegal and receptionist seemed to have a lot dumped onto them. These ladies were great, it’s too bad they weren’t my lawyer, I may have won my case, before it went to 9th circuit court and your firm had to drop it no one in the office was qualified to go that high in court system. I have since had my dr of over 20 plus years, my allergist cleared those allegations up, in my medical records, but it still won’t take the case off internet that embarrassment is all over the net now, making me not able to pass a background! It won’t bring my family back together, either! I lost so much putting faith in this firm! 🥺 😢
