  Dennis and his team took on my case after I had encountered significant difficulties with less than ethical opposing counsel. It has been a long and challenging journey, marked by numerous obstacles including unethical tactics from opposing counsel and a lack of responsiveness, all compounded by my residing in a different state. Despite these challenges, Dennis and his team remained steadfast and committed to my case. Their expertise and perseverance ultimately led to a successful outcome, and I am extremely grateful to have my daughter back.   Dennis Schroeder is by far one of the greatest attorneys in Tacoma. He has taken a horrible family law case and turned it around within two hearings. He is definitely a father’s rights supporter. He believes what the children say. He is careful not to bash the opposing side, and helps his clients walk into a courtroom with dignity and grace no matter the circumstances. He also gives people with many different mental illnesses a platform to be heard. His office is located directly across from the courthouse, so it super convenient for those traveling long distances for hearings. I would give him more than 5 stars if it would let me. When panic calling attorneys, call this guy first!

  The worst experience I have have ever had. The attorney, was almost impossible to get a hold of. Would email and call several times about wanting to speak with him about situations happening and I would only get an invoice a week later of $15 for reading my messages. PER MESSAGE! With no response. Communication was garbage to say the least. When actually speaking with him he would make it very obvious that he had little to no interest in actually fighting for me. His paralegals were the ones doing most of the work but even then I would have to adhere to their scheduled do to them being working at home with their kids. I was never given notice of communications with other parties attorney. I was never in the loop on what the hell was going on at all. And when I would ask, I got no reply just a charge. Everyone I have spoken to while this was going on told me I needed to find another attorney. But unfortunately he took my money and has no refunding options. A simple mediation and parenting plan took almost 2 years and $5000. Do not go here for legal council. Look at all the reviews. And notice a pattern with the 1 stars. He has little care for you unless its an easy win.

  Mr Dennis was helpful and easy to communicate with fair and affordable rates, his assistant was always on point and made it easy for my it get in touch with Dennis and she answered every question that I’ve had that she could threw text which is a great feature for busy people and both were always nice , my case did not go exactly as planned at first but they both worked hard and never stopped working for me to get the results I wanted , I thank them for everything !
