  I know an attorney would help me, but there’s no way past the gate keeper, intake personnel I know it’s their job, but do they do it too well ! lol the nurse apologized to me when she told me Virginia Mason dropped the ball on my surgery lol seems like that would be enough to get past the gate keeper right there ! LMAO
