- JMJeannine MaxwellApr 27, 20225.0Mr Burns is very kind, knowledgeable and knows his business. He saved me a lot of $. He countersued for my LLC when I lost in Small Claims Court to my HOA. The judge didn't know real estate law so didn't realize the HOA couldn't sue an LLC. Mr Burns also responded a few years later when the HOA tried again to sue me. In a letter he quoted the laws to them and that finally ended my problem. I highly recommend Burns Law.

We tried to contact him via phone and email for way longer than we should have before realizing he was ignoring us. He didn't even have the decency to let us know he was either too busy or wasn't interested in helping us. He couldn't write a 3 word email response to let us know to not waste our time, even after spending thousands of dollars with him.
