While doing my best to take care of my injuries, I was being barraged by phone calls from insurance companies and others. That is when I hired Patrick. Not only did he stop the phone harassment, but he was diligent in handling all aspects of dealing with insurance companies. Thankfully he was able to explain things in a way I understood, and his staff, especially Sasha and Stephanie, were so kind and professional. They were very prompt in responding to my various questions and concerns via email during the pandemic.
