  I was hit on my bike by a drunk driver who did not have insurance. Jim helped me navigate the mess that is insurance claims, and was able to get me a settlement that we both felt appropriate. He is experienced, caring, honest, supportive, helpful, and always accessible. It is clear that Jim is passionate about advocating for his clients, and I am grateful for his guidance through the experience.

  Working with Jim was an eye opening experience... Following a hit and run incident on my bicycle, I worked with another lawyer for a brief while, who seemed more interested how bad my injuries were than how to ensure my case was handled properly. I switched to work with Jim and his focus instantly became about ensuring we worked towards the best solution possible while moving methodically through the legal process. Jim kept me in the loop along the way and provided sound legal opinions. While no one wants to deal with a personal injury lawyer because it usually means bad things happened, the process with Jim went as smoothly as anyone could ever ask and I would highly recommend him if you are in need of legal counsel.

  I was seriously injured in a roll over car accident and had several previous lawyers who were unable to resolve my case and in fact lost my right to compensation. Jim took over the legal malpractice case and from the moment he got on board he finally got me to a doctor who was able to figure out what was wrong with my shoulder (it had been years and nobody had been able to tell me what was going on), he also gave me a roadmap to my legal recovery. Jim skillfully worked my legal malpractice and automobile claims through the litigation process and produced an excellent result without having to go to trial. He cares deeply about injured people and his legal skill, ability and judgment are beyond compare. Even more importantly, he’s a great human being and those with catastrophic injuries or who have lost loved ones would be lucky to have Jim Holland take their case.   I recommend Jim as a lawyer if some are in real trouble following a crash. My case was a mess from the beginning. At fault was wrongful pointing me, being exactly the opposite. Because of not typical injury, it was a hard to prove the case. Jim not only negotiated good settlement with the insurance but lowered the medical bills to 1/10 of what was billed originally! I hardly recommend this man because of his proven record, intelligence, and well balanced grounded advice that works for your interest, not for his pocket. Eugene
