- WKWalter KromMay 28, 20222.0Public defenders for cases out of Marysville. They pass you around amongst the other lawyers in the firm so you always seem to have someone new. Called every morning for over a week trying to talk to someone about my case, no answer leave message, and they never call back. Rarely even answer the phone and if they do its just a secretary or paralegal. Leave a message and you still never hear back. My lawyer actually snapped at the prosecutor when they asked if we had set a meeting saying that it was between us and not their business. Obviously more worried about their ego then their clients wellbeing. I get it they have huge case loads and it's not big money but do your job the best you can and that's doing the best for your client.
