  Dan Mellen helped my husband and me by getting the charges lowered to an unlawful possession of a firearm in the second degree from a first degree original charge. This reduced his sentence by years to only a few months. I can't thank Dan and his office more. He is a very personable and knowledgeable law professional. Although we don't ever want to have to use his services in the future, no one else compares to attorney Dan Mellen.

  I was in the process of being charged with 10 counts of theft in the first degree. Dan was with me every step of the way and made me feel confident in my case. Dan was available to answer any questions I had and calm me down when I was worried. I never had to wait on a reply, he always answered my phone calls and texts right away. Dan was able to get me off of my felony charge and I served no time. Dan got me into a diversion program where I am able to live a normal life.
