  I can not thank Max, Shelly, and Richard for everything they’ve done and continue to do for me. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them twice for a motorcycle and car accident. Even after moving to Korea for work, they kept me updated and supported me throughout my case. They always had my best interest in mind and would go above and beyond to show it. Both times I felt at ease knowing I was in great hands and my case results speak for their efficiency and professionalism.   Absolutely no regrets other than wishing I called earlier! After getting cut off by a car while on my motorcycle, I was left with plenty of scratches and a totaled bike. Being in the Military I felt like I had to settle my case ASAP. I recieved a ridiculous offer from an unresponsive insurance company which had me on the search for help.   I was involved in two cars accidents just under a year apart with another work injury in the middle. With similar back injuries from prior car accidents and injuries, this made for a complicated "blame game" case where neither insurance company wanted to take responsibility. I started out with one of the big law firms that has those commercials on TV claiming they are great... I never once spoke with a lawyer and their offer to me was negative $10,000. They didn't take the time to talk to me or fight for me. It was a nightmare. A friend told me about Max and how he had helped her with her car accident. I took my case to Max and crossed my fingers. Max took the time to listen to me and agreed to take my case. I have no complaints from working with Max. I never had to initiate a phone call because I received updates from Max himself whenever there was anything new on my case. He was always straight forward with me and optimistic.
