Irvine , and assistants were very unprofessional. Pressure tactics before submitting. As we switched lawyers we asked for copies of our documents post application acceptance. The assistant called us to pick up our file saying “it was handled and ready for pick up” as we showed up they handed us an empty Manila folder. We asked for copies that moment and told we can come back other day. We asked for shipping to personal home address and still made us pay for their postage.
