  I spent over $20,000 with attorney Mason Pickett and got nothing out of it. He Complicated my case much worse with his awful mistakes and very poor decisions. Extremely expensive attorney that generates no results whatsoever. Appears to be confused, lost and never ready nor prepared before any hearings. Constant mistakes and poor decisions on his part. Full of big talks and empty promises! Unusually careless and forgetful attorney who very often forgets to file very important and crucial documents with the court before court hearings which ends up hurting your case. A complete nightmare, a complete waste of time and money! A greedy attorney who burnt out a long time ago but still driven by greed to collect a lot more money from clients without producing any results. Do not trust this attorney with your family law case because you will end up going completely bankrupt and the outcome of your case will not be in your favor!

  Could not have asked for a better team between Mason and Kayl (paralegal). It took a lot of time and work, but they got me where I wanted to be and were so patient and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommended- especially if you have children involved in your situation.

  Find a different lawyer. We’ve had them for nearly a year we have been billed weekly upwards of ten grand and they’ve accomplished absolutely nothing we always have to contact them repeatedly before they respond. Family court in this state is already hard enough to go through if you want to spend mass amounts of money to get absolutely no where with no communication no plan of action. then they are for you.

  I am not one to normally leave reviews for any business, but I am currently working with Defoe Pickett Law and I can say that everyone there has been wonderful. I have worked with both Steven Defoe and Mason Pickett, and I am confident in their skills at handling my situation. These men are very intelligent at what they do and I am glad I chose this firm to represent me. Initially, I was very uncertain at what to expect as I have never been to court before. However, the support staff has been very helpful at informing me of everything that I am to expect in this process. In conclusion, Defoe and Pickett, as well as paralegals Hannah and Kelly have been very compassionate and thorough with the work they do. They understand my situation and have been nothing but professional, supportive, and compassionate in what they do. If you want the right team, I recommend this firm.
