Russ Hermes and his firm’s paralegal, Brooke Polehonka, handled my real estate case with professionalism and excellent responsiveness. Russ Hermes resolved my case in six months to my satisfaction after my first lawyer failed to close my case after two years. His firm was able to handle my case remotely which was also important to me. I do not live in the area and after an initial face-to-face meeting, all matters were handled by email, phone or paper mail.
