  I was accused of a crime that could have sent me to prison for a while and a strike felony on my record. Mr. Weaver's office helped me get it reduced to a gross misdemeanor with minimal probation this morning with time served, ........I've been patient, and Mr. Weaver's office put in ethical hard work every step of the way, my hat is off to his company, I would recommend not anyone but EVERYONE who has been charged with a crime and would like a coach and a solid attorney when up against the judicial system.   I've called his office several times requesting my discovery paperwork. His office gives me every excuse of why they can't give me the paperwork. They are violating my rights to have my discovery paperwork and face my accusers. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

  Tom Weaver is the definition of unprofessional. He misrepresents his clients and he makes a mockery of the word defense attorney. He gives false information to his clients and doesn't fight for your rights. He never interviewed any witnesses but submitted to whatever the prosecutors sent his way. He is a phony and a rude individual who should not be representing the accused. You're better off having no attorney at all than this guy. In fact he'll probably make your case worse. On top of that he is arrogant, unconcerned, and uneducated. DO NOT PAY THIS GUY ANY MONEY TO REPRESENT YOU IN ANYWAY AND IF YOU ARE APPOINTED HIM AS A PUBLIC DEFFENDER FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY!
