- TGTina GomezJun 9, 20185.0Thomas Weaver saved my Husband Charles Hubbard from a 21 year sentence. He was given 21 years and served 4 years although completely innocent, Thomas came to sit in because he read about this case and they took the case back and plead out with time served (Kitsap would never agree to completely dropping the charges of course) and they WON!!! This happened back 2004 and if it wasn’t for Thomas Weaver I would not have meet Charles until this year 2018. Instead I meet him in 2006 and we have been together since. We even have a little boy now. We have a beautiful family together and he is doing well. Thank you Thomas Weaver!!!! My man says you are a kick ass lawyer and thanks you for his freedom!!! He deserves 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My situation was ballooned way beyond what I deemed as fair and just. Tom was able to provide me with great resources and fantastic legal counsel for a price a found very acceptable. Mr.Weaver will not inflate you with hopes and dreams, what he will do is provide you real action and real expectations. His billing profile is a little different, Tom charged me a flat fees rather than sliding retainers. His rate never changed even with added work and complications.

He gives false information to his clients and doesn't fight for your rights. He never interviewed any witnesses but submitted to whatever the prosecutors sent his way. He is a phony and a rude individual who should not be representing the accused. You're better off having no attorney at all than this guy. In fact he'll probably make your case worse. On top of that he is arrogant, unconcerned, and uneducated. DO NOT PAY THIS GUY ANY MONEY TO REPRESENT YOU IN ANYWAY AND IF YOU ARE APPOINTED HIM AS A PUBLIC DEFFENDER FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY!
