  Kip breathes fresh air into what at times seems to be a very dark legal system. After a serious injury at work, he was strongly recommended to me by several doctors. When it became apparent that my employer was working against me rather than supporting their injured worker, Kip joined my team and guided me through the long and arduous process of getting spinal surgery approved, then the even longer process of receiving the appropriate disability payment. He and his entire staff are wonderful: accessible and easy to talk to, friendly, supportive, sympathetic and encouraging, giving me a wonderful sense that someone was willing to fight for me when my life had been changed and I felt utterly abandoned by my long-term employer. I have coworkers who have worked with both Kip and Mitchell, and everyone agrees with me that this firm, though you hope to never need such services, is there to genuinely help you. They're extremely good at what they do, and managed to turn what was really a terrible experience into the most positive one possible. I am forever grateful to Kip and his team; thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  Mitchell was the best, from start to finish he was helpful and transparent. Throughout this lengthy process he kept me updated and was asking me questions which was awesome! And he’s a very down to earth guy which is comforting in stressful situations.

  If your hurt at work call them first, don't trust the system. You'll need an advocate in your corner and these guys rate! The first time I got hurt at work L&I tried to deny me everything. But once I have these lawyers in my corner things got so much easier and I got the health care and support I needed to heal.
