  PLEASE STOP! DO NO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED FIRM, THEY WILL TELL YOU BLANK PROMISES , LIE TO YOUR FACE ON A PHONE CALL . THEY REFUSE TO DO ZOOM , ALSO IF YOU CORRECT THEM THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE, I TRIED WITH THIS FIRM, DESMOND KHOLKE , HE SHOULDN'T WORK AS RECEPTIONIST. HIS SKILLS ARE AT BEST FIRST YEAR LAW SCHOOL. BRUCE CLEMANT ISJUST ABOUT BILLING, AND HE WILL NEVER RETURN ANY MONEY. I GAVE AN 8000.00 RETAINER PROVIDED ALL SUMARY AND PROPER PAPERS, THEY JUST HAD IT SERVED AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME. UNJUST PRACTICE. PLUS I GOT A ZOOM MEETING WITH THE WHOLE AND

  My association with Bruce Clement and his staff began with an internet search for a family law attorney near my home. I found their website and requested a consultation. I am an older man in a long marriage that should have been terminated years ago. Complicated by ‘community property’ issues and issues with extended family. Although I considered my situation to be unmanageable, during our initial consultation I was convinced Clement Law was professionally qualified and to handle it. After a week or two I was ready to proceed. Mr. Clement assigned my case to attorney John Higa. He and I became acquainted during the intake session and together made the initial preparations. At each step in the process, I found him and paralegal Melinda to be very thorough and responsive. Two or three weeks go by…. My expectations of an uncontested divorce agreement proved to be very much at odds with those of my wife. While she and I argued and debated several alternatives other elements of my personal circumstances changed. I chose to suspend seeking a divorce. When I told Clement Law of my decision, I was very relieved to find they were very understanding, supportive and considerate. I will certainly call on Clement Law for legal services in the future.
