These services provided by Michael are of the highest standard. He incorporated our business, developed and executed the engineering firms submission to the state. He also develops BDE's annual reports, and follows up with legal forms for the state of Washington. He has advised our company regarding contracts, legal questions, and made recommendations for other services that BDE required. He maintains a "flag system" and notifies BDE when reports to the state are necessary. On a personal note, Boswell Law developed our personal will which includes distribution of all assets as prescribed, including the BDE business. I recommend Boswell Law services for both commercial and personal needs.
