  This guy is the absolute worst. He is NOT a divorce lawyer, but will gladly say he is and take your money. He will wait for the other side to present what they want, and then tell you what they said. He WILL NOT get on offense and fight but will instead let the other side get away without holding up their end of the deal, leaving you to pay more retainer money in order for him to do what he should have done from the beginning. There are MUCH better options in the area. You would be wise to seek them out. Unfortunately I found them after I was out of money and saw this ineffective lawyer wasn't doing anything. ALL the other lawyers I spoke with while trying to find a replacement said to get away from this character. I suggest you take heed. If another lawyer in the "frat" says to get away from a fellow bar member it can't be good. Look at his reviews. He has 3. One is a bad review, the other is from his secretary. That leaves 1 good review of unknowable origin. If you are a person of color, steer very clear. If your are part of the LGBTQ community, stay clear. In my experience he will make comments that are not pertinent to the case, simultaneously displaying his incompetence and toxic bias. His secretary is as incompetent as he is, and will ask for the same information that was already submitted, numerous times. You can lose your money here, or can put it towards a lawyer that answers questions, returns emails, updates you on what actions were taken on your part, and not make the case worse than it already was due to his utter lack of due diligence.
