Mr. Goetz will treat you like a real person and you will never feel rushed on the phone or in person. He will also never make you feel like you are asking a stupid question. Amy is equally awesome. Her organizational and people skills are top notch. She consistently replied to my texts, calls or emails very quickly. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone.
- RRRenee RJul 28, 20251.0Worst law firm ever. Their paralegal acts like she's an attorney and then belittles people and talks about other clients the firm deals with in a condescending tone. Said something that was downright discriminating about my son who has a certain disability. This person should not work with people. She is downright awful. The lawyer himself doesn't give all the info you need until the very last minute then they are acting like it's your fault they don't have everything. They don't file things in a timely manner, and don't give info the courts have given to them for you. Gives you info you can't understand or interpret and then when asking questions doesn't answer them and just repeats what he said before with no clarification. Left in the dark all the time. Do not spend your money with the law firm, absolute nightmare, seek another law firm. Completely let down, cheated, taken advantage of, and fully humiliated by this firm. The fact that he never even in person is just awful, only dealt with his paralegal in person. Wish there was an option for zero star rating.
