One staff member called me and told me one thing then another staff member called and told me something different and then was yelling at me over the phone. Still don’t have an answer to the question. Unprofessional and absolutely disgusting how rude they were. Would not recommend. Ginger and Laken are clearly in over their heads and unable to work effectively without unnecessary conflict. What was a very simple misunderstanding turned into a major conflict and cost them a client. Not only will I not use them I will not recommend them to anyone I know.
