  It seems unfair to give a 5-star review for a 100-star professional. I am a 40-year [now retired] career legal professional who began as a court reporter in the Midwest, then became a paralegal in Washington, D.C. and eventually “slowed down” [due to the birth of my children] and accepted a litigation paralegal position in Northern VA. I was no novice when it came to understanding the difficulties of personal injury/liability cases……until I became a Plaintiff myself. What a humbling experience to say the least. I was in pain, overwrought with emotion and anxiety and totally unable to be objective. While I was professionally familiar with many attorneys in the Northern VA area, I had no experience with Mr. Gladstone. On a Sunday afternoon, I sent multiple email inquiries to attorneys in both Fairfax and Prince William counties, looking to find someone who “felt” right. Not more than 20 minutes after sending the email, Brandon called me. I was gobsmacked to receive such a quick response, on a Sunday no less, as this was extraordinary for a successful senior partner in a litigation firm in Northern Va. From that first conversation, Brandon was informative, kind, compassionate, personable, honest, easy to talk to – rare traits for many litigators. His fee was more than fair, and I signed the retainer agreement. Initially, I attempted to ‘micro-manage’ Brandon and my case. My professional background compelled me to try to maintain control, despite the fact that I had zero ability to think logically or objectively. It wasn’t long before Brandon, firmly but gently, let me know that my need for control was not going to work in our relationship. On some level, I knew he was absolutely right, and I let go of the wheel. Thankfully. As for the way Brandon managed my case, I cannot find enough exceptional adjectives to describe what an incredible job he did. He responded to my emails promptly – often within minutes but never more than a few hours later. He called to discuss every progression in the case and always took his time speaking with me and made me feel as if I were his only client [despite the fact that my case was a somewhat small one in this field of law]. Brandon boldly and tirelessly advocated on my behalf. He listened to me with respect, compassion and empathy. But, most importantly, HE HEARD ME. He told my story through his pleadings as if he had been the victim. Several weeks prior to trial, Brandon successfully negotiated a settlement, with my consent, and I was so grateful to avoid the emotional trauma of having to proceed to trial. I am forever indebted to Brandon for his believing in me, his respect, his kindness and his extraordinary professionalism in helping me to navigate 2 extremely difficult years of my life. Thank you, Brandon, from the bottom of my heart. And a BIG thank you to William Bang, an amazing attorney who assisted Brandon with my case. You are awesome, sir!

  This was my first time hiring a law firm, and Becker, Kellogg & Berry made it a good experience. They took care of every detail. My regular contact (Deena) was patient, gracious, and very competent. I recommend the firm highly.

  I can’t say enough good things about Becker, Kellogg & Berry, P.C., especially their paralegal, Jimena Amurrior. They helped me on two separate occasions after car accidents, and both experiences were excellent. Jimena was professional, compassionate, and very responsive. She clearly explained every step and always made me feel supported. Her fluency in Spanish made the process much easier for me to understand and feel comfortable, which meant a lot during a stressful time. The entire team was organized, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my well-being. I am extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend Becker, Kellogg & Berry, P.C., especially Jimena Amurrior, to anyone who needs legal assistance after an accident.

  I’m extremely grateful to Becker, Kellogg & Berry, P.C. for helping me after my car accident. The entire team was professional and supportive throughout the process, and they helped me get the money I deserved. A very special thank you to, Jimena, who truly went above and beyond. As a Spanish speaker, having her support meant everything to me. She always took the time to explain things clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Even though the process was long, Jimena never gave up fighting for my case and constantly encouraged me not to give up either. Her dedication, patience, and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.   I can’t thank everyone at Becker, Kellogg & Berry enough for everything they did for me. I was only 21 years old and felt completely lost after my car accident, where another driver ran a red light and hit my vehicle. I had no guidance on what to do next, so I turned to Google, and that's how I ultimately found Becker, Kellogg & Berry. From the very beginning, Mr. Gladstone, Brendan, and the entire team were there for me. They were organized, detail oriented, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation and what I was going through. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a way I could understand. I never felt like just another case and they truly supported me every step of the way. My case involved many steps, and Mr. Gladstone guided me through each one. I never felt rushed or pressured to take the easy way out or accept anything that didn’t feel fair. They handled my case for a little over three years and never once stopped fighting for a fair outcome on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, they kept me updated and ensured I always knew what was happening. And as the case approached trial, they helped me feel prepared and confident rather than stressed and overwhelmed, which meant a lot to me. Because of their hard work and dedication, my case was resolved in a way that gave me peace of mind and closure. They were professional, caring, and genuinely had my best interests at heart.
