  Jackie was absolutely wonderful and such a valuable person to have alongside us during our custody case. From the very beginning, she was supportive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping us through a very stressful process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us informed every step of the way, and always made us feel like we were a priority. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication made a difficult situation much easier to handle. We are incredibly grateful for all of her hard work and guidance.   I retained Craig Sampson for my case’s hearing last minute. He agreed because he wanted to help. He was very limited on what he could do because of the time constraints. He was amazing! He worked with what we had, made time in his busy schedule to make sure to meet with me a few times so I would feel comfortable with what to expect. His work in the courtroom to keep me protected was amazing, he fought hard for me and I will be forever grateful to him for his excellent work! My case was complicated but he navigated it like it was nothing. And we won! Not only did we win, the outcome of the judgement was for more than we expected. I highly recommend Mr.Sampson! Phenomenal!

  My wife and I unexpectedly found ourselves dealing with a legal matter involving a family member. Although we did not know where to go for a referral to an attorney, we did a little research and decided to contact Barnes & Diehl. We were very promptly connected to their attorney Jacquelyn Gerlach for representation. We were very pleased with her assistance and guidance over about a five-month period to reach a favorable outcome in the matter. Ms. Gerlach worked closely with us from the beginning to understand the facts and circumstances of the situation and helped us fully understand the legal aspects of the matter. We found her to be very experienced, well connected, and highly respected in dealing with the court, prosecutor's office, and the attorney for the other party. Those relationships and her knowledge and experience were invaluable in getting us to what we feel was the best possible outcome for all parties. Our experience with Ms. Gerlach was excellent, and we would certainly recommend her to anyone who might need similar legal representation.

  Choosing an attorney is a major financial and personal decision. I believe transparency about real client experiences is critical so families can avoid costly mistakes. I just learned from my kids mother that my former attorney, John Karanian, has communicated with opposing counsel about me years after he no longer represented me. I personally find that concerning sharing information about me. I hired him back in 2020, and my experience with this firm was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, I felt heavily billed without seeing the level of preparation or results I expected. Much of the organization and groundwork in my case was done by my wife who took most of the stress in preparing my case, and I did not feel the representation matched the fees charged. Over billed and not worth the results they don’t get. After years of ongoing court issues and noncompliance with court orders, no prior attorney was able to obtain the outcome that Jesse Baez ultimately secured for me sole custody of my children. I’m so glad I went with Brooks & Baez. Jesse Baez is by far the best attorney I’ve worked with and helped me achieve the results I believed were deserved. This is simply my honest experience.
