- AMashia mayo4 days ago2.0My grandpa passed away. My mom was assigned as executor and hired Ayer’s and Stotle. They closed on the home 2 weeks ago. All communication has come to an end and Scott has been out on sick leave, had a death in the family, and then hospitalized. The check has been picked up and she hasn’t received a penny. Everyone else has been paid. She’s received nothing but excuses. After so many concerning events, I found that they are not better business accredited and a few others have had this experience as well.

I was unable to reach anyone by phone, and responses to emails were inconsistent, especially during time sensitive moments. Because of this, I cannot recommend them for real estate closings.
