  After my recent experience in court, I quickly learned that even when a case seems straightforward, the application of the law often is not. In my situation, the opposing party admitted to destroying my property and attempted to intimidate me with a firearm. There was clear video evidence that should have simplified the matter significantly. However, I learned firsthand that getting even clear-cut evidence admitted in court can be far more complicated than expected. I am extremely grateful that Richie Davis was with me throughout the process. He did an outstanding job handling my case. When the opposing attorney succeeded in having the video evidence excluded, Richie was able to get it properly reintroduced. More importantly, he methodically exposed the opposing party’s blatant lies and deception directly in front of the judge, something that made a critical difference in the outcome of the proceeding. Richie’s legal knowledge, preparation, and courtroom skill secured a positive ruling, but it wasn’t just about winning. He ensured that the truth was brought to light rather than being buried under legal jargon and procedural minutiae. Because of his efforts, my family and I are far safer than we would have been without his representation. Even if you believe your situation is simple or straightforward, do not underestimate how quickly legal proceedings can become complex and unreasonable.   As an out of towner and getting a speeding violation you are probably doing the same thing I did. Get on Google and go through reviews to see who will best help you. Well, look no further. If you are someone who has never had issues with the law and you notice your ticket says MISDEMEANOR, you probably got even more scared and "what do I do?" What you can do is, contact Mr. Bev Davis and tell him what happened. ALWAYS be respectful to your law enforcement so that Mr. Bev Davis has an easier task at hand in helping with a speeding violation. I was going 15 over the speed limit which is a misdemeanor in VA. Upon calling Mr. Bev Davis I had a few options that he thoroughly explained to me. The almost near impossible was getting the ticket waived, the best case scenario was getting a non-moving violation, the not so great outcome would be dropping the speed to less than a crime. He also informed me not to worry, that even if I were to appear as myself in court, I would not be getting jail time. When I had questions, they were answered and majority of my conversations were done via e-mail other than going through the initial reason of why I needed him and the outcome of the ticket which he called me directly. I can confirm that Mr. Bev Davis did in fact get me the best case scenario which was a non-moving violation. Will he get this result every time? I'm not sure, but if you have a clean driving record (which I did) and were respectful to the law (which I was), I'd say he has a high chance of getting the best outcome. 5 out of 5 for things related to speeding violations as that is all I have used them for. Getting this moved to a non-moving violation also meant ZERO points on my license and no cost increase in insurance. Thank you kindly Mr. Bev Davis for being a professional and honoring your word! I just remembered something and wanted to add it in. All I needed to do was print off my driving record which was clean. Other firms will try to get you to do an 8 hour class and community service. He took the other approach and let me do less by simply providing my clean driving record. If he needed the other tools for negotiations, then he would have done so, but it wasn't needed which saved me a lot of time.

  Bev made the entire process extremely simple and easy for me. While I was stressed and worried, he was able to calm me down, help me understand what I was facing, and got me result that I was more than happy with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal help in the state of Virginia
