- AMAngel Martin4 days ago1.0BE AWARE OF ELLA RUSSELL, she asked me if I had received her executive summary that she suddenly edited this morning. I never received it until she handed it to me 2 minutes before being called into the court room. I was not even being able to address the lies or anything she wrote! She lied right in front of the judge. She stated at our home visit that I never stated I had a criminal record until she showed me a “docket” which was a complete lie. Then asked if I told her there were other roommates during her visit, she never asked, but stated I never mentioned it! Which in fact I did which was why the roommate was a witness! She also lied and stated I had an active child service case, I am not stable with no proof, I had encounters with police, and assault. The last time I was charged with assault was when my child’s father lied on me in 2018 which had absolutely positively nothing to do with my case since my child resided with me since 2024! I’m not sure what spell she was under or what happened when she went out the country bar association needs to investigate her lying under oath! There is a camera in my backyard where her and I spoke! Photo I posted is a complete lie and I’m disgusted. I will continue to fight for my child! I’m hurt! He is hurt!

He is clearly an expert in his field, so professional, and beyond that, he was able to simplify the overwhelming legal process. He put our minds at ease and made the experience less intimidating for our teenager. Most importantly, he achieved the best outcome possible, while keeping us informed and prepared throughout the process. I highly recommend him, and that's rare.
