  Joseph was so helpful in my legal issue. I felt well cared for, and it was easy to contact him when I had a question. Family law is tough, Joseph kept me well protected. I was pleasantly surprised that I had funds left over from the retainer. Most firms would have found a way to bill the hours, Joseph was very honest. Highly recommended.

  I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Beale. After finding out that my ex-wife had A questionable individual living in her house with my children, I freaked out (obviously). I placed several calls with various lawyers and had eight of the standard 30 minute meetings with each of them. Mr. Beale spent longer than 30 minutes talking with me and even spent roughly 15 hours of his own time researching my case based upon our discussion. Not many lawyers will do that and it showed me he actually cared. Needless to say, I retained his services and he fought for me!

  Wonderful experience with a skilled and professional lawyer. Mr. Beale leveraged his wealth of knowledge and experience to help me through a divorce that was mired with communication breakdowns and negotiation stalls. His professionalism and detail oriented approach to the process allowed him to break through walls on both sides while also keeping the best interests of my child in mind. He was able to continually keep me up to speed with the legal process (and any associated requirements) and quickly answered any/all questions that I had. In addition, Mr. Beale was able to explain the estate planning options that were available to me and helped to draft all of the documents needed to ensure my child would be provided for should the unfortunate occur.   My daughter was in an abusive situation and I needed to get custody of her in order to protect her. Even when I was overseas working for our country he was back in the states defending my daughter. I legitimately never had to worry about her safety and I still don't. Even if I was gone for 9 months he still picked up the whole case right where we left off. That proves his dedication to his clients. He went above and beyond with all matters involving the case and I couldn't ask for better representation.

  Mr. Beale handled my appeal custody case after my last attorney did a poor job at representing me. He was very professional, made me feel very confident by the time it was time to go to court and he always responds in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend and hire him again!
