  This is a great law firm to work with. They exceeded my expectations in every way. They got me a result I wasn't expecting and I'm not sure things would have went as well as they did with any other firm. I highly recommend them to anyone in a personal injury situation. Everyone there was very easy to work with and answered any questions I had.

  This law firm is truly exceptional! My sister and I worked with Sharif, Lara, and Emma, and they were thorough and compassionate throughout the entire process. I was completely overwhelmed, but the care from this team made a significant difference. This was my first time working directly with a lawyer, although I had helped my sister after her accident. The firm she worked with was awful, to be frank. Knowing how terribly her entire process was made me anxious about choosing a lawyer. I called nearly every firm in RVA, and the positive energy I felt from Sharif made my decision instantly! I’m dealing with a problematic property manager and expect to involve legal help. I wish I could work with this firm again :(. If you're reading this, consider it a sign! Broughton won’t disappoint you :). Their level of *genuine* care is refreshing in a time where that is seemingly rare to find in business operations.

  I’m out of state. Was injured a little over a year ago in an auto accident while at work. Being out of state, and unfamiliar with Va I talked with several of the national firms but just felt like I was a number. And let me be frank I have several close friends that are attorneys here in Ga and I wouldn’t trust them as far as could throw them. But facts are when you need a good one you need good one, and it helps to know them on a personal level. Being from a small town down south we appreciate a personal relationship when doing business. Corporate types just don’t really appeal to me. And to cut through the BS, how I found this little law firm amongst 100’s in Va. I prayed about it, and made the call. I was surprised when Gray himself was as the one who answers the phone. We spoke a few times and didn’t feel my case was worth the time to bother hiring an attorney. Gray said be patient, get yourself better first. Over a year later, when it came time to settle I was patient and waited for Gray to tell me when he felt it was a fair offer. Turning down several. Due to no disclosure I can’t publish the number but it was well over 20 times what I was expecting when I first made the call. I am really blown away. Never done feel it would settle for what it did. It’s more than enough to start a new life, clear my debts from being out of work for nearly a year and a nice chunk to never for retirement. I was expecting it to take two years to reach a fair settlement. Gray and Lara negotiated a fair settlement in less than 6 months. Not a bad Christmas gift. Amazing Firm, ATP ….
