  Most recently I required a service of a Lawyer and I chose Daniel Turczan. I found him to be respectful and thoughtful, while taking the time to answer any concerns I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone, because I was extremely pleased with his service.

  Stay away, at least from Daniel Turczan! I had a terrible experience with him. From his nasty attitude to his condescending treatment, I couldn’t take it anymore. I got out as soon as I could, and found another attorney. I tried to speak with Mr. Waldman, but never got a phone call back. Mr. Turczan was definitely not looking out for my best interest. Everything I asked about doing he shot me down and told me it would never happen. When I asked whether or not I would get back child support because we will waiting months for a date, he replied, yes, with an attitude, as if he was the one paying the support. When he presented me with an offer from opposing counsel, I responded with a flat out no, and went on to explain why I was not agreeing to the terms. At that time Mr Turczan interrupted me, and says no reason to be combative with me. I also tried to tell him that my ex was lying about his income, but he was not interested in pursuing discovery. When I asked about putting stipulations in the custody agreement about the ex not drinking around our child, he told me no judge would grant that. Interesting thing is, I found a new attorney, an awesome attorney and she was able to get it done. After I fired Mr Turczan he decided to take it upon himself to what he claims is “review my file” before giving it over to my new attorney at which time he charged me another $250! Such bs!!
