She listened to my concern, made her own assumptions without consulting an attorney, then proceeded to tell me 'she' wasn't comfortable with the call and told me to basically take a hike and then hung up the phone. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any company. Partners should be made aware that you have an extremely rude and unprofessional paralegal working in your company that will continue to damage your reputation. Follow up on your response below: Well, it seems your firm is admitting that your managing partners condone hanging up on decent and kind customers. Very unfortunate. Regardless, I would not reach out to your firm again.
